Supporting these steps are our guarantees.
Fusco guarantees all placements for a specified
period of time; if the employee leaves during that period—for
any reason—we replace him or her one time at no
charge to you. And if you find an employee’s first-day
performance unsatisfactory, simply call us within four
hours of the assignment’s start, and we will not
charge you for that time.

Guaranteed Services by Fusco for Temp,
Temp to Hire, Contract and Consulting
- Fusco guarantees to thoroughly screen,
test, and reference each applicant before they are
presented to the client
- In the event that our employee’s work performance
is unsatisfactory, for reasons of skill, and/or demeanor,
notify Fusco with in 4 hours after the start
of assignment. The client will NOT
be charged for work performed during those 4 hours.
- Additional areas of responsibilities may be tailored
to meet your specific requirements.
Fusco as the employer, is responsible
for the following guarantees for all candidates except
Direct Hire:
- We are the employer of the temporary workers.
- We withhold payroll taxes, this frees up cash for
your company.
- We pay unemployment insurance.
- We make Social Security deductions & pay employer
contributions.
- We pay all employees promptly, by check, for services
performed and to maintain payroll records.
Insurance coverage for Your Protection for
all candidates except Direct Hire:
- Comprehensive Liability Bodily Injury & Property
Damage (each occurrence) $1,000,000.
- Commercial Fidelity Bond (covers all temporary
employees) - $100,000*
- Umbrella coverage (for all of the above) - $5,000,000.
- Workers Compensation Bodily Injury, each person
Statutory – as required by NYS law.
- State Disability Benefits Statutory – as
required by NYS Law.

Direct Hire
Sorting through piles of resumes can be frustrating
and confusing. Let Fusco use its expertise
and recruit your full time staff for you. Fusco
will prepare a complete and accurate job description
from information provide by your company. Fusco
will recruit qualified applicants from our various resources.
Once you have selected a candidate we will proceed with
an offer of employment.
All placements are guaranteed for a period of time.
If the employee leaves for any reason during this period,
we will replace the employee one (1) time at NO additional
charge. Fees are non-refundable.
Information about applicants referred by us is solely
for your use and benefit and must not be divulged to
anyone outside your organization, except for the purpose
of standard references and credit investigations authorized
by the applicant.
In the event that your company hires the applicant
for any position in your company within one (1) year
of our initial referral, your company will be held responsible
for our fee.
Information on applicants will be kept confidential
and will only be used in our search of qualified candidates.

Temporary
Placements
If you need help for a day, a week, or longer, you
can turn to us for the right temporary staff. After
listening carefully to your requirements, we prepare
a complete and accurate job description—then recruit
from our large bank of temporary employees. Just as
important, we take extra measures to facilitate your
success and ease your administrative burden:
- Within two hours of your initial request, we contact
you with an update.
- On your temporary’s first day, we contact
you within 15 minutes to confirm his or her prompt
arrival and professional demeanor.
- We handle all payroll issues: withholding taxes,
paying unemployment insurance, making Social Security
deductions, and paying employer contributions.
- We carry complete insurance coverage, including
comprehensive liability, commercial fidelity bond,
workers’ compensation, and state disability
benefits.

Temporary to Hire
It is the best of both worlds. Fusco’s
temporary-to-hire option allows you to determine the
necessity of a permanent hire—and confirm the
suitability of particular applicants—before making
a commitment.
After we prepare the job description and recruit top
candidates:
- You have the option of interviewing the applicant
in person, conducting the interview by phone, or letting
Fusco select the candidate for you.
- We promote a truly mutual match by providing the
applicant information about your company, including
policies, procedures, and benefits package.
- We follow up with you regularly to ensure your
satisfaction.
- You can “try out” the candidate for
90 days before making a hiring decision.
